After accepting a proposal, this is the process we follow and how frequently we communicate with you.

  • Customer signs off on estimate and provides a deposit.
  • Customer communicates a want-date or date range to the seller.
  • Install manager will pull the permit and schedule the install date with the customer.
  • The day before the install, the Install Manager will re-confirm the install for the next day with the customer.
  • The morning of the install, the Lead Installer will call the customer before leaving the shop as a final confirmation.
  • After the installation is complete, final payment will be collected or monthly payments activated.
  • Review the Comfort Maintenance Plan with the customer.
  • Lead installer will request a customer want-date for the Inspection.
  • Company office will schedule the date of inspection and inform the customer.
